- Odakyu Electric Railway is Japan's leading private railway, and its main line is the 82.5km Odawara Line, which connects Shinjuku and Odawara.
The 11.7km section of the Odawara Line between Noborito Station and Yoyogi-Uehara Station in the western suburbs of Tokyo is a quadruple track, and there are no railroad crossings in this section.
This improvement dramatically improved the transport capacity of the Odawara Line and improved the operational efficiency of rolling stock. In the quadruple track section, only limited express and rapid express trains run on the inner tracks.
The class 5000 that this video was shot on is a new Odakyu vehicle. A lot of equipment was attached to the front window, obstructing the view, but since the window was relatively clean, I was able to take this photo.
In this video, the Rapid Express I rode runs from Noborito Station to Shinjuku Station.

Just a thought.
You provide a great description for each video. Would it be an idea to provide this as the journey progresses as two lines that tells the story as we go along. That way, the viewer needs to watch all the way through to get the whole thing.
We Japanese people already know the characteristics of each route before watching each video. But Foreigner can't do that. My current challenge is how to make this known.
Where should I put those two lines?
Should I write the time code as a heading in the first explanatory text?
Should it be included as a caption in the video?
for example,
``The area around Shimokitazawa Station is a very popular area where young people gather.The platform was moved underground in 2013, making it impossible to see the city from the train.''
Is this sentence okay?
Or would you prefer more information?
for example,
"Stops at Shimokitazawa Station. Shinjuku Station is 4.9km away."
this?
I would be happy if you could let me know if there is any information you would like or how to display it. That's the way to get a lot of viewers happy.

I think the 2nd example as a caption. We're story tellers, people love a story as well as to learn something. A two line caption at the bottom of the screen from time to time, station names, anything significant about the area.
For example. Xyz station, built in 1896. The local area has many small metalworking factories that supply car makers.
Or
The pressure on land is so great that many homes are extremely close together and very close to the railway.
Or
Look how tight the next corner is.
Or
This 'X' signal means a crossing ahead.
Or
Ahead you see the beautiful Mt Fuji height...
Have a look at other Cabview videos, what are they doing that builds value and interest?, what is missing from their videos?
I totally understand that it's a lot of work and I'm no good example of best practice!

Thank you for your kind reply. I will try my best to realize your suggestions little by little.
It would be very interesting to include the names of the stations that appear in the cab view video.
But it's embarrassing when I make a mistake. (>_
@@14ikesan12 don't worry if you make mistakes, we're all human!
One further thought, maybe publish less often, say once a week.
Also, perhaps show a map of where the line is that we're going on. It gives context. That you're a latecomer doesn't matter, it proves that there is an audience.
If you specialise in urban railways (rather than shinkansen for example or other main lines) then say so. I wouldn't edit out tunnels either, everyone likes a good tunnel 😎
As you say, step by step. Experiment! Enjoy. And thank you for sharing an aspect of Japan that I will never see, probably.

There are limits to what one person can do, but the fact that my efforts are being accepted around the world has brought me great joy in a way I never expected.
There are still many things I would like to try and methods of expression I would like to incorporate.
Which one should I start with?
